Was nice to call and talk to Josh directly. First three companies I called, I got phone services or referral service repeatedly. We made an appointment very quickly and he was right on time, not early and certainly not late. This was important to me since I was helping my mom replace her garage door. Another company showed up early, quoted my mom and got a deposit before I could get there for the appointment. Josh did not make us feel he was taking advantage of my mom. He was calm, full of information and patient. He has been keeping in touch through the ordering process and I am looking forward to him installing the door.

What an amazing family-owned company in Apache Junction! TJ has the best customer service I’ve ever seen in years! Not only was everything explained to me from top to bottom, each step of the way to from start finish, I have a thorough understanding of not only what was wrong with my door, but what I “could” do to correct the problem. I was given a couple options it was up to me to make the choice they didn’t try to oversell/ up-sell anything ( no pressure sale wow how rare!). I let him know that I would need to discuss it over with my husband before I made a final decision and would be getting back to them after Friday. Calling my husband with the excitement of a real true blue company, my husband immediately agreed, “do it!” I called the office and they were able to schedule me to come out for service the very next day! Pricing was excellent no price gouging here and I have to say, this young man TJ was so knowledgeable and so polite I was blown away! Service was completed a very short time, clean up was as if they were never there, and my new door opener with a keypad ( I up-sold myself haha) came with 2 remotes and Wi-Fi access is PERFECT! So quiet…. just beautiful I am so grateful that I found them. So if anyone is looking for a reputable company that are knowledgeable, fair & friendly… Look no further I have to honestly say you’d be a fool to go anywhere else! You won’t be disappointed!

I ended up calling them two different times to get a quote to replace my spring and each time they gave me the same price each time, unlike some other places I called. Josh is the owner and the service technician that does all the work. He provided excellent customer service. He inspected everything and let me know what he recommended to be fixed or replaced. I needed to have my garage door seal replaced. I called and set up appointment that worked around my schedule they called ahead of time with an eta. What a great local small business for those who run into issues. On a Sunday we had an issue with our door where it would not operate. We called and due to being on Sunday it was hard to schedule anyone or not have them us want to charge to come look. I understood as it was on the weekend, but I work through the week and would not be able to be home to meet a company.
We Called JTM and what ended up being the owner came right over to take the service call and it seemed like he was there within the hour. He checked the door fixing the items that needed fixed, inspected the rest of the doors operation and adjusting what he thought was needed. More importantly, and what I was expecting was to be sold a whole new garage door, opener, switches, bells and whistles- Nope, he fixed what was needed and let me know it was in great shape and already a high quality door and opener (this guy had integrity). When I got the bill was when I learned he was the owner and there was no “emergency fee” or “Sunday trip fee”, he billed me as though it was the middle of the week. Also, he walked me around the whole door explaining what he had done verifying it was in great shape and recommending in the next few years what parts which may go bad. He gave me his card in the event something else goes wrong, I mentioned I did not think it would but would be happy to tell friends. So I am, I was glad to find others had the same experience.

Needed Garage door weather seal replaced. Went to Lowes, Home Depot, and ACE. Asked all three for assistance, all said their seals would work. After taking on of them for their word I bought one and took it home. Bottom line None of them worked. Called JTM spoke with Josh explained I have a 6 year old LODI door that needs the bottom weather seal replaced. TJ came out this evening knew exactly what I needed replaced it, adjusted the spring and lubed what needed to be lubed.

This company does a great job and very professional. My garage doors were old and sound like they needed to be replaced. Adam came in and did a fantastic job fixing my existing doors. Now they are super quiet and sounds like new doors. They do quality work, very courteous and reasonably priced.

Outstanding! Recently, when my 2 car garage door buckled I contacted JTM based on their high ratings and comments from their past customers. I was not disappointed. First of all Josh came out on time for the door evaluation and explained everything in detail. I had done some prior research on cost and found that his quote for replacement of door and motor was more than reasonable. A couple of days later, Josh’s brother Adam arrived on schedule for the door installation–which went off without a hitch. In addition, Adam took a brace off the old door to reinforce my other (single garage) door– when he noticed that it was in danger of buckling as well. What can I say! It’s rare when you can find honest people that have pride in their work and treat their customers fairly. It was my luck to run into these folks and anyone that has a need for their services will not be disappointed.

Great experience with JTM. Got 1 hour response to request for a visit, as the door had become heavy. Adam explained what I should do (replace springs) but offered a lower cost alternative (lube and tune which included tightening springs), and said that if a spring breaks within the next couple of months some credit for this service could be applied to the replacement. I will call them again when I next need garage door service.

I wanted to wait a month while using the service I received from the garage door service repair company before writing this review. A lot of work was done and they had a package deal for all the work that I needed plus extra stuff that is good to have done. The price was fair. The plan was excellent, and the service that I received has made opening and closing my garage door very smooth and quiet. Other reviews made me choose JTM Garage Door Service, just to call and ask questions. However, after talking to the person on the phone, which I think was the owner, as he could only give me ballpark figures of an estimate without coming out he was very truthful and forthcoming in prices and labor, so that we went may move forward to that next level of coming out to my house and making more than an estimate but a repair. The repair man was very knowledgeable, and took the time to inform me about things that I should be more aware of. He did this after finishing the job and already being paid. I was given a next day appointment between 4 and 6 and the repairman did not leave until 8 PM., long after sunset. Job very well done. Thank you. I have decided to continue using this company and get my yearly maintenance that is very inexpensive, but I expect not to have another major repair for 15 years.

Called on a Sunday. Answered call right away. Advised he could be out by my home late afternoon. He arrive at about 1 pm and fixed my door and unwrapped my cars. His service was outstanding (Josh) and the cost was a normal amount for garage door springs. I called 2 other people, one never returned my call until Monday at 9 am, and the other wouldn’t give me an estimate but asked if i would want a monthly service agreement. Josh did an outstanding job and was as honest and nice as could be. Use them.

JTM is fantastic. I have used them twice now, once to fix springs after they snapped and a second time to fix a hung door when it was tapped with a car. Both times, the charges were fair and exactly what was quoted- no hidden fees. They were on time, and the job took exactly the amount of estimated time. I will definitely be calling them again next time I have garage door problems.

I can’t say enough great things about the service we received from Adam and JTM Garage Door Service & Repair yesterday. We came home to find the garage door would not open. The spring had snapped. We called JTM and they came right out. Adam was terrific. He explained everything as he was going through the door inspection and the process of replacing the springs and bearings. When he was finished with the repair, Adam provided me with a thorough inspection report which he had done on the door and all of the moving parts. I would give 10. Stars if I could. I called JTM yesterday because a couple hinges on my garage door had broken. I was told someone would Adam was in the area and could be out within the hour! Just like clockwork Adam called within the hour to say he was on his way. He was able to repair the hinges to hold us over until we can replace the full door once it’s a bit cooler outside. Adam explained everything that was wrong, how it was fixed, what we should look for in the new door and advised how much to just replace a panel vs the whole door (approximate cost). We will definitely be using JTM when we get our new door, highly recommend them if you want quality, reliable, honest work done.

Josh and his wife changed the entire look and profile of our home in the most astonishing way! Josh came to Globe on a Thursday to assess our existing door, talk about options and what garage door model and accessories made the most sense for us. He explained everything so well and thoroughly. Our home was not designed with an existing garage, but a large carport that we enclosed in 2000. We hung our first garage door ourselves and were over the moon to have the space enclosed. We put up with drainage from rain into our garage for 26 years. Josh explained why that was and what to do to stop the leakage. He sent us a quote the same day along with pictures of window inserts to select from. The following Thursday Josh and his fabulous wife drove up to install the new door. Total time removing the existing door to installing the new one with all new hardware, rails, lights and electronics took the two of them less than 4 hours and that included disposing of the original door, unwrapping the new door sections, cleanup and answering our questions.. They did not leave a spot of debris, oil or grease anywhere. They were so quiet throughout the time they were here. The new door and the terrific accessories surpass excellence. The door is more than what I imagined it could be. The remotes are amazing and we treasure the lights in the motor. The door mechanisms are whisper quiet, the lights, the remotes and the base where you can control the lighting from within the garage are terrific. That Josh managed to make our door look square, level and even, along with improving the look from curbside is outstanding and was totally unexpected. We need a facelift for our driveway now! I wanted to wait a month while using the service I received from the garage door service repair company before writing this review. A lot of work was done and they had a package deal for all the work that I needed plus extra stuff that is good to have done. The price was fair. The plan was excellent, and the service that I received has made opening and closing my garage door very smooth and quiet. Other reviews made me choose JTM Garage Door Service, just to call and ask questions. However, after talking to the person on the phone, which I think was the owner, as he could only give me ballpark figures of an estimate without coming out he was very truthful and forthcoming in prices and labor, so that we went may move forward to that next level of coming out to my house and making more than an estimate but a repair. The repair man was very knowledgeable, and took the time to inform me about things that I should be more aware of. He did this after finishing the job and already being paid. I was given a next day appointment between 4 and 6 and the repairman did not leave until 8 PM., long after sunset. Job very well done. Thank you. I have decided to continue using this company and get my yearly maintenance that is very inexpensive, but I expect not to have another major repair for 15 years.

Came out and adjusted spring tension on my garage door. Up and running with a very reasonable service fee. Another company came out before him and tried to sell me a new opener. Never even tested spring tension. Go with the honest one. JTM.

JTM is fantastic. I have used them twice now, once to fix springs after they snapped and a second time to fix a hung door when it was tapped with a car. Both times, the charges were fair and exactly what was quoted- no hidden fees. They were on time, and the job took exactly the amount of estimated time. I will definitely be calling them again next time I have garage door problems.

We called Tuesday and Josh said he would have a technician come Wednesday morning. Adam arrived at 8am and explained what was wrong giving us various options. We had both our openers replaced and both doors Inspected and serviced. Adam did a fantastic job and spent time explaining the various functions. This company does a great job and very professional. My garage doors were old and sound like they needed to be replaced. Adam came in and did a fantastic job fixing my existing doors. Now they are super quiet and sounds like new doors. They do quality work, very courteous and reasonably priced.

What a great local small business for those who run into issues. On a Sunday we had an issue with our door where it would not operate. We called and due to being on Sunday it was hard to schedule anyone or not have them us want to charge to come look. I understood as it was on the weekend, but I work through the week and would not be able to be home to meet a company.
We Called JTM and what ended up being the owner came right over to take the service call and it seemed like he was there within the hour. He checked the door fixing the items that needed fixed, inspected the rest of the doors operation and adjusting what he thought was needed. More importantly, and what I was expecting was to be sold a whole new garage door, opener, switches, bells and whistles- Nope, he fixed what was needed and let me know it was in great shape and already a high quality door and opener (this guy had integrity). When I got the bill was when I learned he was the owner and there was no “emergency fee” or “Sunday trip fee”, he billed me as though it was the middle of the week. Also, he walked me around the whole door explaining what he had done verifying it was in great shape and recommending in the next few years what parts which may go bad. He gave me his card in the event something else goes wrong, I mentioned I did not think it would but would be happy to tell friends. So I am, I was glad to find others had the same experience.

Great experience with JTM. Got 1 hour response to request for a visit, as the door had become heavy. Adam explained what I should do (replace springs) but offered a lower cost alternative (lube and tune which included tightening springs), and said that if a spring breaks within the next couple of months some credit for this service could be applied to the replacement. I will call them again when I next need garage door service.
